Added some ab strengthening exercises to mix up things a bit. Ran more than I planned and feel great! Now if only my knee would get back in shape I could probably do more. Oh well. Just need to be patient with it. I might have overdone it running tonight. Tomorrow will just be walking and taking it a little slower.
