I am needing at least 8-10 hrs of sleep a night.... I've decreased my caloric intake to about 1500-2200 a day from 3200-5000, averaging 30 min exercise a day. still feeling a lot of feelings that I cant eat what I want when I want to..... happy about the scale..but tough at a ball game wanting a pretzel or some fries.... I just eat the peanuts in a shell and drank my water I brought and left in the 7th inning because it was a bit much.....
