Day 8

So, today hasn't gone incredibly well. Not horrible either though. I just.. i guess i didnt do as well as i would have wanted to. I didnt eat much for the majority of the day. My shift started at 4 am this morning and i worked a 10 hour shift. While i was at work, i really didnt eat much. A little fruit and a sandwhich made with sara lee delightful bread. Then after work, i ran errands and went shopping. Then, when i got home i ate a lot. I still stayed within my calorie and carb allowance but i am pretty sure it is not healthy to eat most of my food 14 hours into my day. Then after i ate a big dinner, i cravings. like i needed desert. i didnt do desert. go me. But i have learned that i need to eat even proportions throughout the day to control hunger, cravings, and metabolism support. I feel kinda nasty right now which might be a result of lack of sleep. And to top it off, i didnt dare do my run today because my ankle is pretty swollen. Probably from being on my feet all day. I hope tomorrow goes better!
