Hi everyone I found this website today and I must say I like it a lot. I believe this is what I've been needing to keep me on track with my weight loss. I believe I can do it this time. I have tried diets before but I never really took it serious until now because I was in denial about my rapid weight gain. Now that my state of mind has changed I believe I can really lose this weight and keep it off. I know that in order to keep my weight off I have to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and staying active.
Eating food... I love eating food and since I like to eat a lot I want that food to taste great as well. So my biggest challenge will be making sure i stay on track with the right foods and the right portions of food because my main problem is overeating. I think I overeat because I hate to see food go to waste, so I eat even though I know I should have stopped 10 bites ago. LOL
