So I just had a baby..second one, seven months ago. With my first child I waited till about 10 months before I got totally serious about getting my body back, this time though I have tried to be accountable for my food choices and exercise. Lets face it, with two small ones its hard to find the work out time you need. My solution: 10 minute solution dvds...at least I can accomplish that..I do it twice a day. I took a nutrition course 2 years ago which help me be aware of everything, it just kind of amazes me when I fill out my calorie counter how little food it takes to fill up your day cals....especially when your breastfeeding!
After just one week on here though, so much has changed..my body feels stronger and I am no longer snacking. When I see numbers I feel more of my inner self take control
