dental appt for my son and we had Burger King for lunch. I had a whopper and in just the nick of time, substituted my fries with apple slices. YES! I didn't think of it until I got my whopper but I should've said dry or mustard only. Next time I'll do better. Even though it was 680 yum calories, I quickly saw it wasn't worth it. But I'm okay with it. So glad I was able to switch my greasy fries for apple slices. It made my burger go down easier.
I noticed something. Yesterday I spent a good 4 hours outside in the great weather, stripping an old dresser. I am hurting all over like I worked out a bunch. I am fine with not snacking as long as I am busy working or moving.
This has been an unspoken goal of staying busy or moving more, it really does make a difference in my desire to snack when I am moving more. Make sense? I think so.
