Getting Started

Ok so I set this account up and then forgot about it while I was working out starting about 2-3 weeks ago. I am finally dedicating the time to record my workouts, as well as my diet, daily. I am a 26 year old mother of 2. My daughter is a 1st grader and my son is 2. I am married (not going into that topic) and I workout at AC fitness (a womens only version of Golds gym). I am not trying to loose a ton of weight. I am by no means fat. I just want to get back down to the lower end of my heights healthy weight scale (go from 159 down to 136ish pounds) and get in shape. I used to swim, cheer, dance, etc growing up but with having children and getting older, things end up getting in the way and life happens. (: However, I am back in college to get me bachelors in writing and I have the flexibility to really dedicate the time to get back into shape, maybe get into the best shape of my life category. Either way, life is to short to take a chance and not put your best effort to staying healthy for yourself and your family. Soooo here goes nothing!!!
