I feel like today is going to be a great day! i feel so good when I eat right! I do need to work on evening out my calories throughout the day and eating breakfast earlier. I have been eating breakfast late, then lunch late and then dinner late.. And sometimes even skipping meals because the previous meal was late. Probably not the best idea. I am just not hungry in the morning and I have been working long days starting at 6 a.m. Im just not hungry before 6.. I will figure something out. Yesterday I only at around 350 calories before 6 pm.. after work I got busy running errands and ate dinner at like 7 actually, Yeah, definitely need a better eating schedule! I felt funny going most of the day not eating much. I was just busy and 'on the go.' The 'on the go' foods I have around my house are all junk food for my husband. Any tips on low calorie, low carb fast snacks that aren't processed? ..Carrot sticks maybe? i don't know. Ill think of some good foods and go grocery shopping a bit later.
