Off to a Great Start

 Well, here I am. Last Monday, Labor Day, I was hospitalized for what turned out to be a bad infection in my left leg. It was not until the doctor went to release me on Thursday, September 8th, that I received all the good news about both sides of my heart being bad, my blood pressure being higher than ever, I am borderline on having to do Insulin on my diabetes, & because I am extremely overweight with osteo arthritis in my knees, I am basically screwed. I have to lose ALOT of weight, to improve my health. Unfortunately, the pain from the arthritis has stopped me from being able to walk over the past few years. So, I am now having to start an exercise program, without over exerting my heart, with a good weight loss plan, that I can make myself stick to. I have decided on the Fitclick Carb Reduction Diet for my weight loss plan, paired with the Beginner Stretching workout plan with the added exercises my doctor wants me to start out with. I have great support from family afar, 3 sisters. And, right here at home, I have my husband Billy, & our 2 teenage daughters, Jessica & Melissa, whom all 3 will be joining me on the diet plan & exercises, although their workouts may be a bit more intense than mine. Anyway, we start tomorrow, & I will be updating right here, to keep myself going.
