Day 1 -Begin Again

Used to work part-time at a restaurant 5 days a week from 7am-2pm and then go home, eat and drink water, then go straight to the gym for 3 hours. I loved it and was a total freak. I was a part of the fitness magazine diet logging site but never really kept up with it. I don't need to lose weight, just tone up, so I'm excited to see what happens. This site is in my favorites now, so I plan on visiting a lot more often.
