So it's been a while since I posted anything new. I am excited to say I am now down 56.6 lbs. I weighed in earlier and have dropped another 3 lbs. That puts me from 236 down to 180 even. I was so shocked when I saw this. When we found out my husband was diabetic I never in my wildest dreams imagined loosing this much weight with his new diet. It just amazes me how easy it is once we adjusted to the new "rules" I really haven't put in any effort to loose this weight except making sure we keep sugar free and low carb food in the house. I eat until I'm full and snack when I feel like I need to. I hope everyone out there the best of luck in loosing weight but if you are struggling I highly recommend going to a diabetic web sit and learning the rules that diabetics need to live by it's really not that hard but you will need to commit to it until you get used to the changes and commit hard we did because we felt it was a life or death situation (thanks to hubby's Dr. and his scare tatics). Anyway Good luck again. I'm am still in shock here and needing despretely to go clothes shopping since everything I own is now too big for me.
