I weighed in the morning at 205 lbs, I lost 2.5 pounds. In the late afternoon I got the diabetic shakes, and had to eat an apple. It calmed and took away my shakes. Apples help regulate blood sugar, reduce the appetite and help to cleanse the liver, gallbladder and colon.
