         Still doing the same stuff I was doing early on when I was dropping major weight, and the same stuff as during the middle part, when I could drop an ounce without using a carving knife, but now, I am dropping a pretty steady 1/2 pound per day. I can deal with this pace, and hope it keep coming off.
         Been trying to stay away from too much exercise up to this point. partly because I thought I could get by without it and still drop weight. But it is more about being easy on my knees, ankles, and feet. Gonna try and keep them in good enough shape to really enjoy them once some more of this weight is gone. 

Down 65 lbs now, and feeling good.\
