Oops, fell off the wagon for a while. I'm having a difficult time staying on track with all the temptations around. I have a not so great diet and I really need to take out processed foods, thats a biggie. Also, I need to do more exercise. I was doing really great for a couple days in a row and stopped. I really really really really wanna get my body in great shape for next summer. I know it's going to take me a lot of determination but I'm confident I can accomplish it. For the mean time, I really need to focus. Off to drink coffee and clean then workout (:
