Strained my back

Well, it is not a scheduled rest day; but yesterday I did a really hard workout that caused me to strain my back. Too much weight, or didn't do it properly. Toss and turned all night. But, after a rest day I feel much better. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to at least swim.
