weight loss and muscle gain

today is the day i am starting on my new adventure to loosing weight and gaining muscle, i am wanting to get down to my goal weight wich is 115-120 and right now i have about 45-50 lbs to loose, and i have been going to the gym for the past week, i am doing cardio and i have been doing abs and legs i wanna loose the tummy fat and get abs, and im at the heaviest weight ive ever been at and i dont feel comfortable with myself and the way i look i hate my legs and i dont like how people stare at me, and i wanna change my body and become a new person, and show everyone out there that being a mom, working and going to school, there still is time for the gym and be in shape, im a mom, work go to school, and im still going to the gym, you also have to be dedicated to yourself and never give up
