Start of a new beginning

So we all know the drill we wake up on a "I feel fat day" and say "this is it I'm on a diet" Then we get those horrible cravings that we try to avoid and end up over indulging. Months roll by and we're 10lbs heavier! Then of course the vicious cycle starts all over again.
I think the key is constant motivation and finding what works for you. Label your weaknesses. (Sweets are my downfall!) Look at your weakness and find out how to change it. For me, I know I can eat 2 large slices of cake in one sitting, but I ask myself, can I eat only one slice or a thin slice and be satisfied? Moderation and time. Hey, I did this with the amount of sugar in my tea I use to put 6 tablespoons in and now I'm down to 4. Soda the same way, I may drink 2 cups in a month instead of a 3Ltr in a week.
We can do this! We can reach our goal!
