well I am on my way to carving out my new body. I am relatively fit, but defo not a fitness nut. However I have found a goal I want to acheive and I hope you all can encrouage me not to quit. I want to be able to do 25 pull ups (no swinging) by the new year. I am on a plan I found in Men's health and someone swiped the mag. So I have to buy another one. Oh Well.
Currently I am hiting 9-10 pull ups with no breaks but 25 is a ways away. come with me on my journey.
Today its
5 wide grip pull ups
5 chin ups
5 wide grip pull ups
4 narrow grip pull ups
with a minute between each set.
off I go!
