Day one

I just signed up at Fitclick after not being able to fully access LiveStrong at work. I'm back on the horse again and praying to God that this WILL BE IT!
I really "got back on the horse" on Saturday when I did almost an hour on the treadmill. We got a new TV that I can watch while on the treadmill which is a great option. My routine is to walk while I'm watching Biggest Loser :) Normally I prefer to listen to music, but again...this is a nice option.
My food intake since Saturday has been much better with very low consumption of pop and a dramatic increase in water. I walked Saturday, Sunday and yesterday. My goal is to walk daily for 45-60 minutes. Right now my only exercise focus is on the treadmill and stretching afterward. As I get set in that routine and drop a bit in weight I will add strength training.
I started taking my vit's again about a week or so ago, but it's been hit and miss especially with the more important one...my OA vits. I think I have it set now where it's easy to take all of them, taking the OA ones first so I can insure they do get taken.
