Positive: for the last couple of days I have gone to the GYM everyday. Will continue doing so. I have to make it a prority.
Negative: my diet sucks butt. Its crazy how much calories is contained in food. I did the diet tracker and by lunch I had surpassed my allowed days calories. Piggish much. I have to get on the ball. My life depends on it. Social and physical.
Been on an emotional roller coaster and I've been eating just to eat. Just to have something to do, to pass the time and not think. Eating probably gives me something else to be mad at myself about and not think about all the other parts of my life I am unhappy with. But it doesn't work because my thoughts don't leave me. Meanwhile I'm blowing up.
Haha, cruel joke.
