I lost 10 pounds this week. I am thankful for that. That makes 76 total.
The thing that I hope to do different this time is to learn about what I am doing.
This week I realized that my 20 year mint habit was costing me 600-800 calories per day.
Wow.
I switched to tic tacs at about 30 calories per day. Sweet.
I am shooting for 2000 calories a day and averaged 1650 this week.
Things are looking up.
