Good Morning ,
I am off to a good start as usually. I started out with a spin class and ate a good breakfast.
Problem is that around lunch and dinner is when I go for the KILL. I eat any and everything. I need some self -control. ANY SUGESSTIONS? I really need to change my eating habits and I know that it is all behavioral.
Thinkging about getting a personal trainer.
Any thoughts?
