Well finally dropped some weight. 4 pounds in a week and a half. I'll take it.
Did well today. But, damn, is there anything that does not have carbs???
I really like the Diet Tracker cause I never watched my carbs and realize that I was a huge offender.
Still plan on doing South Beach starting on Monday. I have a Hockey game on Saturday so I will have to limit my beer intake and I am OK with that.
Still need to start excercising. We finally got some snow today and I scooped out the drive so I did do a little.
