How many calories am I eatting.

I worked my butt off last week and my workouts were great I really pushed myself to the limit and even suprised myself with some of my expectations. So when I jumped on the scale this morning you could understand my disappointment when I saw that I did not lose weight but also gained a pound. I was so upset that I thought to myself why even continue. Well I decided to check on FITCLICK and enter in the food I ate yesterday, now here I am thinking that I was eatting okay and I never counted my calories (yes even on this site) but my astonisment when I say how many calories I was eatting answered all questions. I mean my goodness I surpassed my recommended calorie intake with just my breakfest and lunch alone, it was crazy. I am happy to report that this realization has changed my diet. I will see how the weight loss goes next week! So FITCLICKERS til next week...
