Another rough week. I lost 1.5 pounds. I can't be upset though. Not yet. I followed my plan and after even more reading I think my plan is solid. My brother suggested that I might not be eating enough but I do not know about that. That makes 106.5 since last April and and 47.5 since December 1.
I need to increase my exercise. That is pretty obvious. I wish I had a healthy back. My goal of 30 pounds for January is not looking possible at this point.
Bummer.
