Salad...Really?

I don't care what you do to a vegetable; broil, bake, julienne, coat with herbs, eat with low fat cheese, hummus....it is still a vegetable.
And to be quite honest with you, I am a little "vegetabled" out.
I did make the Surprise Mash Potatoes, which is really cauliflower with FF Half & Half, but it was pretty good. And I got to eat steak. Of course, there was the steamed broccoli and I choked a helping down. Got it out of the way.
Wish I was losing faster but the weight is steadily coming off so I will keep at it. I like that I am not hungry on this diet and I really think this is something I can continue on for a lifetime. Keeping my fingers crossed.
