hi today wasn't to bad but the weather sucks kind of put a downer on the what I had planned for excerise. I entered all my food that have I have eaten and when I looked at the total count. I was kind of disappoint in myself. Up until today, I have been below my calorie count. I am not sure if that is so good but I figure its better then being over and eating things I really should't eat. Today my soduim count was really high. I know that was because of the pasta I had for dinner. I need to cut back on my the carbs as well. I guess more fruit and veggies. I weighed in yesterday and found that I had lost only 2lbs really disappointed I have been at this a week now and I was hoping that I would have been down a bit more. I guess I need to figure out what I can and can't eat. Meaning what I can eat that will help know off the weight instead of holding me at the weight I currently am.
Well, tomorrow is a new day, so with a positive attuide I will keeping working at it. I know it took me 5 years to put it on and I know its not going to all come off tomorrow its going to take time.
