A New Day

I took some days off not really sure why. But today was a new day I was careful as to what i ate and I walked for a little over a mile. I feel like today is the day I am getting back on track. From the first day up until my last weigh in i lost 2lbs. Tomorrow I will weight in when i get up before i get dressed so i have an accurate total. My goal is to lose at least 2lbs a week. By august I hope to have lost at least 20lbs. That is my short term goal. My long term goal is 105lbs. I know if set my total high I will get discouraged so I will set small ones and aim for that
Because I was careful as to what i ate today, I felt a bit hungry. My goal each day is to stay just under my calorie count for the day. Today so far I have succeed in that goal.
My goal for tomorrow is to continue to watch what I take in for food. i would like to make the 2 mile mark. If my back holds up I know i can do it.
