And this is why I need friends to help. I missed two days of tracking my food. I eat fairly well and my weight is not an issue but I do like to know what I am eating and how I can do better.
Remind me to track!!! I want to learn what is good for me to eat.
P.S. New subway egg salad sandwich: good or Bad?
