Dear my fellow readers,
My name is Brittany. I am 18 years old. I am 5'10. I am around 150 pounds. My goal is to lose 18-20 pounds. I would be happy at around 130-135 pounds. I am shaped liked a pear. Most of my fat is my butt, hips, and thighs. I have more of a muscular thigh build than a fatty thigh build. I am about a size 8-10 in women's jeans. Most of the time a size 9 fits me best. My shirt size ranges from a small to a medium. So, I would consider myself the curvy type. I would prefer to be a size 3-5 in jeans and a extra small to small in shirts. I love to eat. That causes me to fall off track. I have a gym membership and I am not working with much money. I would love to get advice from anyone that has it on exercises, exercise routines, diet plans, and diet tips that might help me in my progress to have an overall pretty slim but curvy appearance.
