Well, I havn't been on in a while so here is the news:
I know consider myself eating disordered free!!! :) I don't throw up or starve anymore. I do still weigh myself several times a day, but it's getting better.
On the down side, in order to do this, I had to let go of thinking about weight in any way for quite a while so I have gained a bit. From 133 to about 141. I think it was worth it :).
So I'm back on here to start getting a healthy weight (goal is about 115 because I'm only 5'3") So I have about 25 pounds to go. Haha, before I thought 110 was a good goal, but I asked a Dr. and he said that was a bit too much. So now it's 115.
I want to lsoe this weight because I'm a competeive tennis player, and I need to improve my preformance.
