Re-Adjusting

It's been a long time since I wanted to come on here, to watch my calories, to calculate my exercise, etc... I thought I had it down. I thought I don't need to focus on it all the time and I was right, to a degree. I have learned alot but sometimes I guess it's good to refocus. I find lately I feel like eating everything in sight and saying no to the workouts. I think I may have even gained a few pounds during the past week... I am too afraid to weigh myself. So, I am here and I am re-adjusting and hopefully can get back on track.
