I am going to try to keep a blog jounal at least once a week so i can keep track of how i am doing. This is my first entry, it will be a short one because i have to do my workout with Gilad on tv in a few minutes. : ))
well i am doing pretty good i have worked out every day since my last blog.Going to the gym for a 1hr20min workout or Gilad and walking outside.Today is March 21 2012 .I have met some new friends on here and i am grateful.I hope everyone keeps up the good work.Obviously i never really was good at keeping a journal so i guess il write once in a while. lol
Iam keeping up with my excersize and eating good food. sometimes i do eat to much of the good food, which is not good !
