Ok...so I'm a yo-yo dieter...but what dieter isn't? This go 'round I intend to loose the weight and keep it off, or at least just have the fluctuating 5 lbs that every normal sized person has. My struggle will be to know when those 5 lbs creep up and drop them like a hot potatoe.
I've never been good at the whole blogging thing, but apparently, documenting a weightloss journey helps with discovery of what triggers eating patterns and helps in keeping it off.
So this round I have decided to do Weight Watchers to help with the calorie intake. Let me tell you that counting points is freaking hard! But I'm going to stick with it and hopefully it help me keep the calories in/calories out ratio in check.
