Today, I am getting serious about my weight loss. I have been doing the yo-yo diet habit. I have been half playing at a diet for the past 3 months. I am going to make myself walk around the track everyday that I am at work. I am going to work out on my wii three times a week. I need to lose the weight because of my knee and I am missing my cute clothes.
