I was suprised about how many calories I ate yesterday. I have to cut that down if I am going to lose weight. I bought a boston market frozen dinner to take to lunch and my husband and I shared it for supper last night. It said that it was one serving and had 320 calories in it. There was a lot of food for one serving. We cooked it and divided in half and had a small salad and it filled us up.
I now realize why Americans are overweight and obese. It is the serving size. We have to be careful on how much we each as well as what we eat.
