Day 3

So here I am day 3 of this P90x workout. I had started it and got to month 2 last year but stopped in October. I've just now picked it back up on 4/16/2012 with a friend. So far I'm feeling very sore but a good kind of sore as I push my muscles and body to the limit but never over the limit. That is important when doing these programs; knowing your limit!! I've been also striving to eat more protein so that is also very good. My main goal in doing this workout is basically melt the fat off of my muscles and start to build them. 8-10 reps max!
BRING IT! P90X! Hooorah!
