I don't have a gym membership. I HATE running outdoors. I mean, I live in California. I live on the side of a mountain. I am not running anywhere out there. It will completely dicourage me. I don't have a treadmill because ours was sold a few years ago because no one was using it. Darn. I am a master of and dance games on any game station. However, it gets pretty old doing the same songs over and over because, again, I don't have the money to go out and buy more songs for it.

Therefore, I am incredibly thankful that my dad decided to cut our cable channels and get netflix. It is the only reason I am able to do this. Netflix has a bunch of little exercise videos including these neat 10 minute workout things. There is no longer a need for the "I don't have time" excuse.

Tip: The Crunch exercises are absolutely amazing. Don't listen to the annoying people in the comments that are probably constant gym people and are, I'm sure, rail thin. For a girl without those abilities, they are the best. Super cheesy but simply marvelous. My abs have been burning since I started. I'm losing BECAUSE of those videos. Do them.

I have 6 pounds to go until I am actually a healthy weight. It's a good thing too because its going to be 90 this weekend I have bikinis to wear and swimming to do.
