Skipped a few days

I haven't been tracking my food very well and I can tell. If I keep track of my food, I do better. I have to put myself on a strick regiment. I am sixty pounds overweight. I would like to wear my nice clothes but they are too small right now. My husband is trying to support me. I am thinking of ways to help me lose this excess poundage.
I want to be ten pounds lighter next month.
