Q.   How much are the shipping and handling fees?

Common Questions| Wedding Dresses| Bridal Gowns| Bridesmaid Dress|

A.  Shipping depends on your order location, on average the shipping fees for a standard sized bridal gown is about  $40.00 in Canadian funds.

Q.   Is there a physical location for our bridal boutique?

A.   At present, No, there is no physical location. We are an online Bridal Attire Boutique. Our products are sold world-wide.

Q. If I can’t try dresses on, why should I buy a dress online?

A. If you know the style of dress you want or there is something similar in our online store to something you tried on in a traditional bridal store, you can save up to 80% on the dress of your dreams. Either way, your dress has to be ordered, hand crafted and shipped in. In our case, the dress gets shipped directly to you once it has been made (not to the store). If you supply custom measurements, the dress should not need alterations (or minor alterations for the best fit after trying on). If you order by standard size, you will still need to try your dress on when it arrives and have it altered to fit if necessary, same as you would if ordering through a bridal store. We can assist in connecting you with a seamstress to make any alterations necessary once your dress arrives (in Niagara Region only).

Q.   Are the wedding gowns and bridal attire new or used?

A.  All of our wedding apparel is brand new, hand crafted and can be made unique to each customer’s request.

Q.   Are the wedding gowns lined, and do they have a built in bra?

A.   Yes, every gown has a polyester lining. Most of our wedding gowns have a built in bra or support.

Q.   Are there different types of fabrics?

A.  Yes, there are several different types of fabrics. We use Chiffon, Taffeta, Organza, Silk, Elastic/Satin and a Silk like material (synthetic). There are also a large selection of colours available. The link to color selections and fabrics are found in the footer area of the website or by clicking here

Q.   How do I know my measurements? Is there a form?

A. We provide a measurements chart so that you know what needs to be measured. If you order a custom size, that chart will help you obtain the measurements you need to place into the custom measurements form after placing your order. You will also need your customer order # when filling in the form. You can always return to the site later to fill in the form. It is available under the “store” tab in the navigation at the top of the site.

Q.  Can I make payments on a dress?

A.   Yes, we take payment plans. Your order will be processed upon complete payment.

Q.   What if I do not like the gown I purchased (e.g. it looks different from the picture, the color is not what I expected)?

A.  We accept any returns within 30 days of receipt that have evident manufacturing flaw. We request a photo of the issue and will respond within 48 hours of your concern. Please make reference to our return policy.

Q.    Where do your dresses come from?

A.  We have negotiated with high end dress designer companies abroad to offer their quality dress designs to our customers for less. Our gowns are designed, hand-crafted and shipped directly to you from our carefully selected manufacturers of quality designer wedding wear. Our suppliers are located mostly in Asia and surrounding areas.
