Well week one is coming to a close!
I missed my workout on Friday, but did spend about 3 hours playing with a 4 month old baby (holding, lifting, rocking). We're all allowed a misstep here or there. Overall I feel really good!! I have a week of no smoking under my belt and can already feel the improvement in my lungs.
Saturday's workout was really intense (treadmill for 60 minutes) I managed to spend more time running with shorter walks in between and already feel like it's easier to breathe while working out.
I will weigh in tonight so I hope to see a pound gone. Overall I'm hanging in there well and am excited to start seeing the results that I can feel already!!
