I realized that when I am on vacation away from my job I am happy, relaxed, and more active.

My job  is very stressful and I did not know that I was taking my stress out on my body by not working out or eating healthy. So I have decided to fake it until I make it because unhappy me equals fat me and happy me equals healthy me. When I say healthy I am not talking about being a size 4 or 6 but at a good weight for my height and having energy to the things I enjoy doing again.
