Haven't you just looked at yourself and wondered, what if? What if I didn't eat that bag of big chips? What if you had just started earlier? All these questions are not important. The real questions that you and me should be asking is what can I do better? What can we change? What do we want to change and how do we change it?  I have been inactive on this website because I tried some other diet journals online which weren't as helper as fit click. The websites I were on didn't have variety with the foods and were too focused on names and brands. It left me not journaling  what I ate. Which was my first mistake. My second mistake recently was being careless in what I ate. My last mistake is not trying to make time for exercising. I mean honestly  exercise feels so good but sometimes I just don't have the dang time. Now that I know what I am doing wrong lets see if I can keep on jounalling on fitclick, taking care of my body, and lastly making exercise a prority.

I am tired of questioning myself. I am tired putting myself down. I am tired of examining myself like a little animal in a science class.

Lets be honest with our self and quit wondering on what would have been if we did this or that. Lets just do it. Lets have confidence. Lastly tell our selves that we are beautiful and we are working on our small small imperfections.
