The flowers we see today are not the flowers that first evolved. The first flowers were ugly little weed looking things. But overtime because of natural selection, the prettiest and healthiest flowers dominated the land. It is because flowers started to produce fruit that humans and other animals got nourishment and therfore thats how flowers changed the world. However, a plant that produces flowers takes a lot of energy- so although the flower my be beautiful it is also a burden on the flower.

I guess your wondering what the f***?

Have you ever thought of beauty being a burden? No not the corny people who say, "it's so hard being beautiful." I am talking about how much energy it takes to get ready, to exercise, to do everything you have to do and look good doing it? Looking good is only half of the story. How about feeling good? How many times are you happy compared to how many times do you worry about small things? It takes alot of energy to put the needed attention into yourself especially when  half of your energy is somewhere else or for someone else. How do we create a balance?

I am currently trying to try a more holistic approach to healthiness -mind, spirit, and body.

For my mind I am writing list on everything that I have to get done like paying the bills, cleaning my computer and other errands. This is to clear the mind

For spirit/mind-  I am visiting people that have hurt me and left a mark in my life to try to forgive them. This is a step on living a more healthier life by confronting the deepest problems one may have.

Lastly for body: I am journally what I eat and I will be exercising soon. I am currently looking into insanity. Has anyone gotten any good results or reviews for the program?

On an end note- we may be "weed looking things" but I know that if we stick with our goals we will turn into beautiful flowers.
