Well, I tried hard today. Everything food wise was right on except my calories. I don't get to pick my own food for dinner, my mom made salsbury steak. It was 1000 calories! I was 400 over. But, hopefully I get better at that :).
As for the walking, I did alittle over a mile. I'm shooting for 3 miles a day. Hopefully after a couple weeks, I'll be doing that.
So far so good!!
Btw my starting weight is 234.4. I just weighed myself. My mom just imformed me that I weigh only 10 pounds less than her. She has diabetes because of her weight. She was smaller than me at my age. That all give me more modivation not to ever be this fat again! :)
