Week 1 day 1

First of all it was the first day of class and it went by well.
Second of all i got in my calories and all the right portions. I was able to get in a really good workout today and now im exhausted.
The only bad thing is that i think i pulled something during lifting today cuz half way through the workout theres a deep pain right by my left shoulder blade. Not sure how i got it but hopefully it will get better by wednesday.
Right now as im cutting back, i'm doing a 1900cal/day with 45/35/20 (carb/pro/fats). Ive will try to increase my protein intake so the ratio in the few weeks would be 40/40/20. Which comes to about 170-190 grams which i think is too much as i weigh at 164lbs. But i have read that if you want to lose the fat and maintain the muscle it is better to consume more protein and less carbs
