Day 4 of the Challenge

Today was a good day, I got back to the GYM and continued with my single set to failure and i increased my cycle time to a half an hour. 10 miles in 30 mins. I feel good about that. I also was able to get to the veggie stand and buy frest veggies.
I have decided to add the 8 glasses of water to my diet. The latest information i had read was that all liquids should count. So i had stooped tracking it. So far i have not been having the results i normally have had in the past and it could be many things. Somethings i can control and somethings i can not control. So i am going to change those that i can control first and see if that makes a differance.
I have really been enjoying this challenge and can hardly wait to see where i will be on Monday.
Looking forward to Pat getting home on Saturday, this is the first time we have been apart for this long in 5 years.
