well after the first week of school, i went home for memorial weekend. Lots of family gathering and lot of eating. Pretty much all my hard work of being committed last week has been erase with 3 days of bad eating.
I cant keep up like this, so from now on I give you (myself and anyone who reads this) my word that i will not give in to cravings and letting myself go during holidays/events/cravings. I will be determine to lose this weight and gain my muscles back.
164lbs. i got 6 and a half weeks to lose 9 lbs. it was suppose to be 8 weeks but i screwed up week one already so i will not screw up week 2 nor any other week for the rest of my life.
