It has been one month since I decided to take charge of my life and I am down 10 lbs. I have been going to the gym for one day a week for the last 3 weeks and it is amazing how such a small commitment can make such a big difference. My plan is to gradually work in more activity. Next, I would like to try Zumba.
There were challenges of birthday parties and dinner parties and holidays and I still managed to keep losing without depriving myself of my favorite things. I still have a whole person to lose but this is the first time in a long time that I feel I can really do it.
