currently on track right now. Just got back from the gym and it feels great to workout again.
As of right now im debating with myself about my workout routine.
I am currently lifting heavy with low reps (3-5reps), but i am now trying to slim down because my chest is getting quite big and it looks unproportional with my arms.
So heres my thoughts
-for chest: im thinking of doing just low weights and high reps so i dont get anymore bulkier in that part of my body
-for the rest: im am thinking of keeping the high weights and low reps as i want to have bigger/define arms.
So your opinions on it would be great.
As of right now i right now here is my schedule
mon: chest and back thur: HIIT (sprints) or insanity sun: rest
Tues: Legs Fri: arms and back
Wed: arms Sat: insanity
Let me know what you guys think
Stats: 163 lbs, pull up: 12, 8min/mile
Goal: 155lbs by (july 21st) while maintaining the same muscle mass
